These are of the Amtrak 40th Anniversary Train here in Jacksonville. F40 406 is no longer an actual locomotive, but a cab car/head-end power car.

Signal Review 1

ABSOLUTE SIGNAL: A signal without a number plate, P marker, APP marker, C marker, or G marker whose most restrictive indication is STOP. This can be an automatic signal or it can be a signal controlled by the train dispatcher. The only way a train may pass a red absolute signal is if the signal changes to a proceed indication or if the train dispatcher verbally gives permission to pass the stop signal.
